Flying to my Future

Here are our children taking part in the mental well-being and mindfulness activity. Discussions based around what they see their future looking like and flying their planes into the futures they imagine.

These are a few of my favourite things...

Children drew and put together a list of items to place into the box of our favourite things, that make them feel safe and happy. They also created a worry stick which helped them to recognise any worries they may have and they have their box of favourite things to help them with their worries.

Footsteps

Some of the staff have described how they felt in the past, how they feel now and how they may feel in the future. We decided to write about our feelings with Covid-19 in mind.
