School Mission Statement
At Eastfield, we want our children to leave literate, numerate and with a well-developed sense of who they are, what they can be and how they fit into the wider community – Personal, Social, Health Education (PSHE) and Social Emotional Aspects of Learning are key.
Visits, visitors, hands on experiences, learning of languages and learning outdoors are all very important to the children at Eastfield.
We want our pupils to be Historians, Geographers, Artists, Scientists, Musicians etc and for them to acquire the knowledge and skills needed to be successful in each area.
Eastfield's Golden Rules
At Eastfield we only have 3 school rules and these are our Golden Rules:
-
Be ready to learn and show pride and perseverance in your work.
-
Be respectful to yourselves, others and the school.
-
Be safe and make the right choices, both in and out of school.
