Year 6 ECT Teacher
The Governors of Eastfield Primary School are looking to appoint a highly motivated Early Career Teacher to teach in Y6, on a full-time basis from September 2024 (1 year contract with the potential to be made permanent).
Diversity and Opportunity underpin our curriculum at Eastfield Primary School and our core values of Pride, Care, Respect and Resilience are at the heart of everything we do.
Our most recent Ofsted report, said ‘‘pupils are safe and well cared for at this school…..pupils enjoy school…..parents show strong loyalty to the school……’. At Eastfield, we use a restorative approach when supporting children and this restorative approach underpins our positive behaviour for learning policy. We believe in ‘ready, respect and safe.’
You will need to be a good teacher, with high expectations of yourself and high expectations of the behaviour and achievement of your children. We would like an early career teacher who is passionate about learning and teaching and who would like to start their teaching career work within a supportive and nurturing school.
